Is this a legal advisory service?
No. Gözetçi is a monitoring and notification tool. Case-Law Radar observes when conflicting judgments appear between chambers; it does not interpret the outcome of a ruling and does not assess its effect on your matter. KVKK Nöbeti flags which of your documents may appear to be affected when a Board decision is published; it does not claim that any document is compliant. In both products the final assessment belongs to the lawyer.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The subscription renews monthly or yearly; cancellation for the next period can be made at any time from the dashboard. There is no commitment and no cancellation fee.
Where is my data kept?
Your documents and audit results are kept in rows reserved for your firm. No other firm can read these rows, and they are not shared with third parties without your consent.
Can I try it without a credit card?
Yes. No credit card is needed for the 14-day free trial.
Why is Case-Law Radar different from case-law databases?
Databases return every ruling on the same subject; the radar does the opposite. It filters out similar rulings and reports only at the moment conflicting judgments appear between chambers, a chamber changes its case law, or a decision unifying case law is published. The radar is not a search engine; for search, the Yargıtay case-law centre (İçtihat Merkezi) is already free of charge.
What happens if the radar raises a false alarm?
Every conflict detected goes through a second verification pass before it is published; that pass tries to refute the finding rather than confirm it (is it the same legal question, can the facts be distinguished, did the legislation change in between). Findings that cannot be refuted are published. No finding that has not passed verification can be sent to a client; this rule is enforced in the software. We prefer a missed conflict to a false alarm.
How does the Advisory Firm plan show my own clients?
Each of your clients appears as a separate record in your dashboard, and client data is kept separate from one another. At the top you see the Relationship Health and impact map summary of all your clients on one screen, and you drill down to a single client when needed; white label presentation with your own logo and colour is also in this dashboard.
